5. Event Bookings and Attendance
Tickets and Registration
Event tickets and registrations are processed through the University of Worcester's payment systems. By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate. Booking confirmation will be sent from therapeutic_landscapes@worc.ac.uk please check your spam folder if you do not receive this.
Cancellation and Refunds
If the symposium is cancelled or significantly changed by the organisers, registered attendees will be notified by email as soon as practicable and offered a full refund or transfer to a future event where possible.
Conduct at Events
Therapeutic Landscapes is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees, regardless of background, discipline, identity, or experience. We ask all participants to engage respectfully with speakers, fellow attendees, and venue staff.
We reserve the right to ask any person whose behaviour is deemed harmful or disruptive to leave the event, without refund.
6. Photography and Recording
The symposium will be photographed throughout. Some talks and sessions will also be recorded for archival and potential future use (for example, publication on this website or associated platforms). Where a session is being recorded, this will be clearly indicated at the start.
By attending, you acknowledge that photographs taken at the event may include you as part of the audience or wider gathering, and that these may be used for documentation and promotional purposes by the Therapeutic Landscapes team and/or the University of Worcester. If you have concerns about being photographed, please speak to a member of the organising team on the day and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Speakers will be asked for their consent to be recorded in advance of the event. If you are attending as an audience member in a recorded session, your presence in the room constitutes acknowledgement that audio or visual recording is taking place. We will not record breakout discussions or informal conversations without explicit consent from those involved.
Attendees are welcome to take their own photographs and notes for personal, non-commercial use. Please be considerate of other participants and ask permission before photographing individuals directly.
