If you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

Event Ticket Purchases

Ticket purchases for Therapeutic Landscapes events are processed through the University of Worcester's payment systems. When you click through to purchase a ticket, you will leave this website, and your payment and booking data will be handled according to the University of Worcester's own privacy policy. We do not store payment card details on this website.

Booking confirmation emails are sent from webapps-no-reply@worc.ac.uk. If you have questions about a booking, please contact us at therapeutic_landscapes@worc.ac.uk.

  • Contact form messages: We retain correspondence for up to two years, or for as long as is necessary to resolve the matter you raised.

  • Event booking data: Retained in line with the University of Worcester's data retention schedule. Please refer to their privacy policy for details.

  • Squarespace analytics data: Retained by Squarespace in accordance with their own data retention policies.
